.hack hat tutorialby ~Adelade

I've been meaning to do this for about a month

And just now while procrastinating I have!

Basically a tutorial on how to make the hats for Atoli and Shino from .hack//GU and Roots. It could also easily be changed (and I've left that open) to Kite and all the look-a-likes, or the others with poofy hats of doom.

I hope it helps someone, whether doing it step by step or getting some ideas from it.

Thankies for the tutorial! Although, I wasn't making a .Hack hat, this was still a good base for a different cosplay hat (Gust from Hyperdimension Neptunia) I was working on.
